2023 Audi Q7 Improved Quality for More Agile Performance

The Q7 has been known as this tough and reliable SUV, so with the news about upcoming 2023 Audi Q7 has made it quite interesting for follow-up. The SUV has been known for its advanced cabin and agile handling, so you know what you can expect more with the launch of 2023 model. It’s a good thing that Audi’s officials have confirmed the release of this model, which would be ready around next year, but what else can we expect from it?

The Updated Project

Based on some info about the upcoming Q7, the SUV would get some minor (and mild) refreshing work. For a sure thing, a revised and better looking front fascia is due, along with some added technologies and features within the cabin. What about engine department? Rumor has it that the Q7 will be coming with 48V electric unit for its hybrid system. The idea was inspired from Q8, the smaller sibling.

The Exterior Changes

Audi Q7 has been known as the stylish midsize SUV, but for the 2023 model, there would be mild upgrade on the exterior area. The outer look is definitely getting refreshing cosmetic work. The last redesigned work took place in 2019, so having a refreshed 2023 seems like a good timing. But one thing for sure: Audi would maintain the similar sleekness (which already exists in the current model) that leads to improved aerodynamics.

AudiOpens in a new tab. is definitely working on the front fascia that pairs well with attractive new grille. Various wheel sizes would be offered too, from 18 inches to 22 inches (in diameter). Turn signal animation may likely be included in the design.

The Interior Luxury and Updates

One of Audi’s strength is the cabin comfort. Expect luxurious feel and vibe in the cabin with spacious arrangement. The SUV is able to accommodate 7 people with 3 rows arrangement. There is also enough cargo space behind the third row seat, but it may not be as roomy as others. For instance, Mercy GLE has more cargo space (up to 22 cubic feet) when compared to Audi’s cargo space (which is ‘only’ 14.2 cubic feet).

All trims will have the standard digital display screen with its 12.3 inch in size. But if you choose higher trims, you will get upper screen with 10.1 inch, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay (smartphone) integration, three-zone auto climate control, and main display with 8.6 inch.

Power and Performance

It’s likely that the new 2023 Audi Q7 will retain its ‘old’ unit. The base model would be coming with four-cylinder turbocharged unit with 2.0 liter capacity, delivering 248 hp, paired with all wheel driving system and auto 8 speed transmission. There is also the optional V6 turbocharged unit with 3.0 liter capacity that produces 329 hp. The most powerful one would be the V8 twin-turbo unit with 4.0 liter capacity that is producing 500 hp.
