2023 Toyota Land Cruiser: Price, Release Date, Specs, Review

It seems that there is an unclear confirmation about 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser. Whereas the anticipated one is said to come as the 2022 model, the pandemic has changed everything. Because of it (and other issues related to manufacturing and others), it’s possible that the supposedly 2022 model becomes a 2023 model instead. Nevertheless, Toyota has good news related to their upcoming production, stating that the new vehicle would be as promising as possible.

2023 Toyota Land Cruiser: The Highly Anticipated Vehicle

Land Cruiser 300 is one of the most anticipated rides, and it has been called Toyota J300. It is basically J200 series successor, which was introduced in 2007. There has been a high demand for the vehicle, leading to global booking all over the world although the company hasn’t said anything about global booking, which may take place in the global market.

Exterior Appeal for 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser

Physical appearance is probably one of the most popular reasons why the vehicle is in high demand. The 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser still retains its classic SUV style with a touch of modern flair. With combination of straight body lines, boxy silhouette, high positioned hood, and upright fascias and pillars, the design is just like loyal Cruiser fans just love. Not to mention that it also comes with slimmer three-eyed headlamps, cleaner radiator grille design, and 4 (horizontal) slats that just adds up the visually appealing factor.

2023 Toyota Land Cruiser Interior Update

It seems that the new Land Cruiser would be coming with a more compact and slimmer dashboard. It looks modern and somewhat chic with the floating (widescreen) infotainment system, neater and better floor console, and also car-like steering wheel. There are still analog controls, but only a few of them. After all, true and hardcore Cruiser fans would like it this way. It’s safe to say that the refined interior cabin adds a positive aspect to the ride.

Physical Construction of 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser

ToyotaOpens in a new tab. confirms that the new Cruiser 300 would be just as wide (and also as long) as the Cruiser 200. It will also apply to the approach angles, departure, and also wheelbase. The company has developed a completely new platform (still with TNGA version), called the TNGA-F. This construction would be lighted than the predecessor; even up to 200 kilograms lighter. It will also come with e-KDSS (electronic Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System). As a result, offroad performance will improve.

What is the Expected Release Date of 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser?

If everything goes as planned, the upcoming Cruiser is already being launched in the Middle East. In August 2021, it should take place in Japan. In October, the launch will take place in New Zealand. And for Australian market, it may occur in the final quarter, which is typically between October and December.

Again, it’s still unclear whether this updated and refined Cruiser would be sold as the 2022 model or the 2023 version. If there is an upcoming 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser, it’s most likely that the model and technologies would be similar to Toyota’s latest launch – but since we don’t know anything about it, let’s wait for further info.
