The dashboard would be filled with all the newest and latest technologies, complete with the touchscreen technology and digital gauge cluster. Again, details are still shady but rest assured that everything would be great and impressive.

Powertrain and Performance

The Type R Civic has been created as a high performance ride within Honda Civic’s lineups. The car is coming with a turbocharged unit, a sport tuned suspension, and also a limited-slip differential. The engine is four cylinder turbocharged unit with 2.0 liter capacity that can generate 306 hp set at around 6,500 rpm and also 295 Nm of torque between 2,500 rpm and 4,500 rpm.

There have been several photos of Type R in camo. The newest hatchback has quite revealing look. When compared to the previous models, this one has better style and design, but you can still see the aggressive stance with the big rear wing, serious tire and wheel package, and solid body kit. From the photo, the four door ride has three exhaust tips, big wing, and red Brembo (brake) caliper.

Price and Release Date

Being set as a 2024 model, the Type R should be ready for the reveal sometime next year. It’s quite logical that it is launched in 2023; most likely after the mid of the year. At least in 2023, the sales would start in the US auto market. For the price range, the starting price would be set at around $40,000. At that time, hopefully, we can learn more details about the technical and mechanical of Type R. We should know more about Civic Type R 2024 soon enough.
